			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On Thursday, February 28, the Hill Country Writer&#8217;s League will host a book reading for Joe O&#8217;Connell, author of <em>Evacuation Plan, a novel from the hospice</em>. In 2001, O&#8217;Connell was chosen to spend time at Hospice Austin&#8217;s Christopher House and tell the stories of the terminally ill briefly housed there. <em>Evacuation Plan</em> tells the story of a young screenwriter who enters the hospice searching for his next plot idea, but he discovers much more than that- about himself and about the people he encounters at the hospice.</p>
<p>Through May 2008, The Hill Country Writer&#8217;s League meets the fourth Thursday of each month at the ACC Cypress Creek campus in Cedar Park.</p>
